Patient relations praise

Gratitude and feedback submitted to patient relations.

Harborview Medical Center

“Dr Sheffield is by far the most caring, concerned and thoughtful physician that I have ever had. He has helped my partner and me navigate the scariest health issues of our lives and we are so appreciative for it.”

UW Medical Center – Northwest

“I thought the lovely staff was the best. Each nurse, the ER doc, the MRI operators, the medical assistants and even front office staff were kind, courteous, very caring people.”

UW Medical Center – Montlake

“A night nurse named Rachel who wasn’t even my nurse went searching all over the building for a convertible chair bed for my husband to sleep on. She finally found one and dragged it all by herself from a long ways away. It made all the difference to my husband to have a place to sleep, and to me to be able to have him with me. She really went above and beyond.”

UW Medicine Primary Care

“I am so pleased to have found Dr. Frias. She is everything that I was hoping for in a doctor! She seems extremely brilliant and thorough with amazing attention to details!! Also, very personable, authentic and genuine! She listens and lets you be your own person etc. She was a GEM to find and I am delighted to have her as my primary care physician!!”

Valley Medical Center

“I came in for whiplash an hour after my first ever car accident. I was rear ended on I5 and was very scared when I arrived. The doctor (Ayoubzadeh-Bartos) and X-Ray tech were AMAZING. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and safe from the minute I walked in the door. I am 29 years old, but sometimes you still need your mom after scary incidents like this. She arrived near the tail end of my visit and the nurse came in to ask if it was okay for my mom to come back, then brought her directly in to me. I am just so thankful for all the kindness, empathy, and overall support I received from every member of the staff at Valley Medical Center. You helped me stay calm and feel cared for when I needed it most. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.”
