On Monday, Dec. 14, UW Medicine received the first shipment of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Celebrate this major milestone and show your support for the COVID-19 vaccination efforts by updating your Zoom background to our new UW Medicine branded COVID-19 vaccine backgrounds.
To update your Zoom background, follow these steps:
- Download the Zoom background from our brand site.
- Log in to the Zoom application using your NetID.
- Click your initials in the upper righthand corner.
- Click “Settings” from the drop down menu.
- Click “Virtual Background” from the lefthand menu.
- Under Choose Virtual Background, click the plus sign and select “Add Image.”
Note: Zoom may prompt you to download virtual backgrounds at this stage if you have not already. If so, click “Yes.” - Select the downloaded Zoom background from your desktop.
- Once the image uploads to Zoom, it will automatically be saved as your background.
