This year, staff and clinicians are invited to give their feedback on UW Medicine’s culture and workplace in the 2022 Annual Workforce Survey (April 4 -30).
Responding to this survey empowers staff and clinicians to identify ways we can improve the workplace, with the goal of fostering an environment that keeps the UW Medicine workforce engaged and resilient. A resilient workforce allows us to continue providing high-quality care to our patients.
All survey responses are completely confidential. Leaders will not have access to any identifying information to protect staff and clinician identities.
