Appointment scheduling
Dedicated phone number
The UW Medicine Contact Center has established a phone number just for employees and their families: 206.520.5050. Contact Center representatives prioritize calls to this number, meaning a shorter wait time for you.
Priority access to available appointments
When you or a family member call in, you receive priority access to available appointments. If you are still not satisfied with your appointment options, the Contact Center will escalate your call to a scheduling liaison who will work with you to identify a solution.
Online scheduling and fast pass for sooner appointments
Online scheduling is available for new and existing patients for primary care and many specialties, and it continues to expand across more locations. If you have an appointment and want to get in sooner, you can take advantage of the “fast pass” option in MyChart. You will be added to a waiting list and notified if an appointment becomes available sooner than your scheduled time.
