UW Fitness Day is a one-of-a-kind, campus-wide workout celebrating the many ways we move. The Whole U hosting is hosting their first in-person event in over two yearsat Husky Stadium. This year’s event will feature UW coaches and fitness partners who will lead you and your colleagues through a series of 20 unique workout stations to enliven body and mind, including strength training, cardio bursts, active recovery, yoga and more! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate.
