Learn how to get better sleep and put bad habits to bed with Nathaniel Fletcher Watson, MD, director of the Harborview Sleep Clinic, co-director of the UW Medicine Sleep Center, a UW professor of Neurology and past-president of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and American Board of Sleep Medicine.
