On Oct. 25, Newsweek published its list of America’s Best-In-State Hospitals.
UW Medical Center ranked No. 1 out of eleven Washington State hospitals and scored within the top 7% of 600 leading hospitals nationwide.
Concurrently, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Harborview Medical Center and UW Medical Center were all included on Newsweek’s list of World’s Best Specialized Hospitals.
Harborview ranked No. 61 in Orthopedics and No. 100 in Neurosurgery. UW Medical Center and Fred Hutch together ranked No. 42 in Oncology.

- No. 18 Obstetrics and Gynecology
- No. 30 Endocrinology
- No. 36 Cardiac Surgery
- No. 60 Urology
- No. 66 Cardiology

- No. 83 Neurology
