Harborview Medical Center
“Everyone who took care of me on the day of my procedure was beyond amazing with fabulous rapport building skills, kindness, empathy, humor and support. I wish I remembered all their names but do remember one of the nurses — Jesse who helped me feel less anxious about my procedure — taking the time to explain things thoroughly as well as having a great sense of humor to ease my nerves. I can’t recommend this facility and all the folks here enough!”
UW Medical Center – Northwest
“I have no suggestions for improving the care I received at UW Medical Center – Northwest. Every interaction — with nurses, CNAs, PAs, MDs, others — was professional, caring, competent. My room was clean and comfortable. Even the food was good! So many people to commend. Nurses Kate, Madeleine, Sun, Marius, (especially Sun). PA Sun (a different Sun!) was great at explaining what had happened to me. All the cardiologists were great — Dr. Ayyoub, Dr. Rashedi and Dr. Lorenzo (first name). I have all praise for UW Medical Center. Thank you.”
UW Medical Center – Montlake
“I have been a patient of Dr. Goss’s for many years and hope and expect to be a patient of his for quite some time. I believe he is a wonderful practitioner. He is very knowledgeable, extremely patient, answers all my questions and works with me side by side as we develop my plan of care. We work on that plan, and modify or change it as my health changes, to allow me to live my best life in regard to my restrictive lung disease. I cannot express how fortunate I feel to have Dr. Goss in charge of my pulmonary health, and as part of my care team. I cannot speak more highly of him.”
UW Medicine Primary Care
“Dr. Dudley listened to our child and explained things to them with clarity and great patience. He also made pronounced efforts to recognize their nonbinary identity in a way that we deeply appreciated — and that felt quite ordinary and natural, not forced, not unusual.”
Valley Medical Center
“I was 100% impressed with the care I received. I was in the emergency room a year ago & this was a completely different experience. I would say some of the best medical staff I’ve ever encountered, from the initial check in to the check out. Everyone I encountered was nice, polite & friendly!!!”

“I chose UW/Harborview when I was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer in 2021. Life-saving chemotherapy, no need for radiation or surgery… phenomenal staff at UWMC where I go for chemotherapy. Thank you so much for being there for me on this journey.”
“Treated at Valley ER for flu/asthma and eternally grateful for the staff that made it to work!! Thank you!!”
