UW Neighborhood Clinics Staff Moving to University of Washington Employment

After months of careful evaluation, a final decision has been made to move UW Neighborhood Clinics staff to University of Washington employment. The integration of UW Medical Center — Northwest and the UW Physicians staff earlier this year was tremendously successful and we are excited to move forward.

Although the COVID-19 response efforts have temporarily disrupted many projects, proceeding with this transition is vital to strengthening the UW Medicine Health System and furthering the mission of UW Medicine.

An experienced team is in place to advance this important work, with the transition to occur by January 1, 2021.
