UW Medicine experts participated in the 2019 Cardiac Arrest Survivor Summit, which was put on by the Citizen CPR Foundation and held in Seattle. Mickey Eisenberg — a professor of Emergency Medicine at the UW School of Medicine, medical director of King Country Emergency Medical Services and co-director of the Center for the Evaluation of Emergency Medical Services (CEEMS) — was among leading experts in cardiac arrest and resuscitation that spoke at the summit.
