Sign up for UW Medicine’s Day of Well-Being on Oct. 19.

As we focus on providing the highest quality care for our patients, it can be hard to prioritize personal well-being. We would like to encourage you to set aside time to focus on you and your team’s well-being.

The Whole U will have over eleven classes ranging from 15 minutes to 45 minutes on Zoom. The first activity will begin at 6:15 a.m. and the last class will end at 4 p.m. Activities include weight training, meditation, fitness breaks, yoga, chair yoga, nutrition, breathing techniques and more.

Once you are registered, the schedule and Zoom links for all classes will be sent to your email address.
