“There were many who made my experience better: Adama, Andrew, August, Bethany, Cassie, Chandler, Dave, Dean, Eunice, Gabrielle, Gordon, Hayley, Heather, Joe, Josh, Kaelyn, Kaitlin, Kanavy, Katie, Kim, Kristen, Mark, Marne, Megan, Phillip, Rhonda, Shannon, Stacy & Yaeji. Each of these people cared for me in their own way & in their role. It was unconditional positive regard no matter what was happening in their own lives or elsewhere in the hospital. They each put patients first. The quality, safety & service was excellent. I’m excited to hear another wing is being built that will include some single rooms. For trauma care I needed, there is no other hospital I would choose. I have never seen a higher quality nursing or technical staff anywhere. Kudos to Harborview Med Center for providing a respectful service culture!”
