Football season is just around the corner, and UW Medicine is partnering with Husky Athletics to show how we care for our community.

Introducing the #DawgsCare Social Media Campaign.

#DawgsCare celebrates the connection and belonging that accompanies being a part of the University of Washington and UW Medicine. Being a member of the larger Husky community shapes why we cheer and how we care.

#DawgsCare to share

Employees are being asked for their help collecting care stories. Share photos or videos on social media that showcase why you’re driven to work at UW Medicine or how UW Medicine has cared for you as a patient. If it inspires you, it will inspire your networks.

Just add the #DawgsCare hashtag to related photos or videos you post on Instagram and tag @UWMedicine. Sharing on Facebook and Twitter helps too.

Before posting, please review the UW Medicine Social Media Policy and Guidelines to ensure your content meets patient and institution privacy standards.

Win big

The first 25 contributors will win UW Medicine swag bags to keep that Husky spirit strong. Your story could even be featured on the UW Medicine social channels (with your permission, of course). Please share your photos by the end of August to help build a vibrant mosaic of images and messages before the campaign opens up to the greater community.
