Mindful Self-Compassion for Healthcare Communities Series: What is Self-Compassion

This mindful self-compassion series offers skills and clarity for learners to enhance their communication and increase joy and meaning in their work and lives. It is moderated by Anne Browning, PhD, Chief Well-Being Officer for UW Medicine, and taught by Elizabeth Lin, MD, family medicine physician and mental health researcher.

The series is hosted every Thursday from Sept. 5 – Oct. 10, 2024, from noon-1 p.m, PT, on Zoom with an optional additional 15 minutes of Q&A afterward.
