We continue to update our UW Medicine COVID-19 website as a central repository for COVID-19 resources. The following documents are now available:
- Revised PPE Recommendations Schematic: This revised schematic helps the care team base their decision on precautions based on the care the patient needs rather than their specific location or acuity of illness. In an attempt to address questions some of you have raised, additional details on aerosol-generating procedures and activities are also provided.
- New Patient Transfer Process: Outlines the process used by our Transfer Center to handle COVID-19 related questions at the time a patient transfer is requested.
