Beth Brown Receives $281,000 Genentech Grant

Beth Brown, PT, PhD, associate professor in the Division of Physical Therapy, received a $281,000 investigator-initiated study (IIS) grant, sponsored by Genentech, for the project: A Mobile Health Exercise Prescription to Enhance Effectiveness of Antifibrotic Therapy in Patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)Lawrence Ho, MD, assistant professor in Pulmonary Medicine, is a co-principal investigator on this single-site, two-year project.

The study will examine a mobile health exercise intervention in patients with IPF.
