The annual Workforce Survey will open from April 3 to April 23. We want to remind
you how much UW Medicine leadership values your feedback by sharing some of
the ways last year’s survey results have been used to make changes and inform
initiatives across the system. You can read more about our progress on our Action Report.
While we have made some outstanding progress, there is much more to do. Your
response to this year’s survey will help us continue to refine our work to build a
culture and workplace that supports the engaged and resilient workforce we need
to fulfill our commitment to providing the safest environment for our patients and staff.
Your responses are completely confidential. Leaders will not have access to any
